Great callout there... So one state can ultimately decide the presidency. One state says he can't be on, but every other one does and that one state changes the election, how is that fair?

Colorado and Lawfare could have pointed to the 1860 ballots in the south but I don’t think that would have helped them much.

Murray is just getting reamed by multiple justices at this point. He just confirmed Impeachment is the only way to resolve the insurrection of a sitting president. Congress tried this and failed. Should be end of case right there. This should be a 9-0 Trump decision.
