no it isn't. its why wade likely assumed his conversations were private. why would the feds care about basketball recruiting when there are real issues for them to deal with? SDNY should be dealing with terrorism not recruiting.

it was perfectly reasonable for wade to assume his conversations were private. NCAA doesn't have the authority to listen in.

You’d have to ask them but it’s irrelevant to whether Wade was guilty of NCAA violations or that he is no longer coaching at LSU and is not coming back

He can assume all he he wants, he was talking to people that were being investigated by the FBI, that he did not know that is not their or the NCAA’s problem. He was not fired for breaking the law so any 4th or 5th amendment protections do not apply to the NCAA or his employer

It’s also why Wade got canned. Louisiana State University is an institution of higher learning. Bottom line said institution doesn’t need NCAA allegations much less an FBI investigation. LSU gave that bitch every chance to come forward and he refused. He quit on his own team
