Ok bud that doesn’t mean those are the only 2 things he’s guilty of, those are the only 2 things they could prove.

It’s 100% a fact that he used his wife’s checking account.

He didn’t have to turn over the evidence because his name was not on the account.

Give him credit for being smart or lucky about that, but don’t act like he’s innocent or that it never happened

Well if guilt and innocence depends solely on your opinion in the face of facts then he’ll be guilty of whatever you feel like making up. The facts prove otherwise

So you're telling us when you get stopped for driving 63 in a 55 you tell the cop you were actually driving 74 before he caught you and you didnt completely stop at the last stop sign and you actually swerved on the highway???? come on man be better!!!!
