They got insurance almost every type of issue and some times they will cover anything or the insurance company will get sued for something dumb.

I remember a story where a woman was suing a man and his insurance company because the man gave her a VD in his car.

They denied the claim, she sued and I don’t remember hearing if they settled or one side won.

Yes...in the mortgage/rip off industry it's referred to as "title insurance"...something you/the buyer PAYS to insure OTHER parties against their OWN errors/F-ups ! What a racket !

E and O is common, sue him for negligence and his E and O carrier will pick up his defense and likely settle. Very common. You have a negligence cause of action.
