Of course not which is why I told him to drink a couple of shakes a day if needed. I have one shake right after my morning workout and one before bed. Protein shakes are great supplements to your diet but you should be focusing on whole foods if you want to build muscle and lose fat and not look like shite. There is nothing more 'anabolic' outside of PEDs that you can put in your body than real whole food. I'm preaching to the choir here I know.
