Good tip on the yogurt. That’s the kind of thing I’m looking for

And on peanutbutter, but it has protein in it? Do you just mean its fat-to-protein ratio is too high for it to function well as a primary source of protein in one’s diet?

It’s a plant protein, so it’s not a complete protein for a human being. At least that’s my understanding.

You’re building a person, not a peanut.

Peanuts are legumes (beans, peas, lentils). Legume protein is low in essential ammino acids like methionine and cysteine. Animal protein would be a much better source.

So, you are correct in that you are getting protein but not the most optimal source along with a ton of fat. Probably 70% or more of the calories in PB are from fat. Be careful...

Peanut butter is candy that they’ve convinced people it’s healthy

Protein powder is an adult milkshake

Real protein sources bleed and stuff
