Changed my mind.
It looks like we have our first look at what Jay sees at his A team. Hellmers pitching.
Away:
1) Braswell SS
2) Neal DH
3) White 3B
4) Trav C
5) Pearson 2B
6) Jones 1B
7) Brown RF
8) Kling CF
9) Bingham LF
P) Primeaux
Home:
1) Milazzo C
2) Milam 2B
3) Frey RF
4) Ruddell DH
5) Kucherak SS
6) Nippolt 3B
7) Paul CF
8) Larson 1B
9) Mitchell LF
Will update as I see guys step up and where they hit. Braswell led off with a double on a 2-2 curve. Hellmers got Neal looking at a FB. White grounded out and Trav walked. He’s got Pearson 0-2 and battling…

Pearson hits one at Hellmers who knocks it down and throws wild at 1B. Trav to 3B and Pearson to 2B.
Then Jones Ks after battling in a 1-2 count.

Milazzo leadoff for home team.
Hellmers was 90-92 in the top of the inning.
Milazzo hits an 0-1 line drive up the middle.

Milam up and bunts Milazzo over. Good play by White.

Frey batting 3rd. Lines a 1-2 fastball over Brown’s head in right. Double and easy score by Milazzo.

I like that lineup. Think that's what we'll likely see opening day unless he flips Travinski and Neal or gives the nod to Millazzo to give a senior the start behind the plate.

Who the hell down vote this? It sounds like it was good play on both sides of the ball, which is awesome for us.

Nippolt hitting 6th. Runners at 1st/2nd. Quickly 0-2. Primeaux with good command of the slider early. K swinging on that slider.

Frey is coming around
He has looked impressive. He may not be an opening day starter but it'll be hard to keep him off the field if he keeps playing the way he has. He certainly gives you another option to get a big bat into the lineup.

Brown up vs Hellmers. Works it to full count. Fouls off 4 more pitches. Then flies out to center.

Kling up. 1 out. They put the shift on him which is interesting. Another full count. 6-3 groundout.
