I have my own 100 acre rural property with a 14 acre lake. I have a huge hay barn that can be used for Shelter along with a water well for water.

Who is going to protect that from 10 armed guys? You can't just show them your deed.
How many people do you think can survive on 100 acres? Property lines would be irrelevant.
