But you're ignoring the overriding point - Dems have proven they're willing to ignore the law. All this bill would do is give them cover while they continue to do whatever the frick they want on the border.

Yep - IMO the narrative for us needs to be

A) Biden is ignoring the law now and he'll sign anything that takes heat off him because he can just keep flagrantly disregarding that too

B) The immigration debate hinges on the asylum debate and the left's attempt to redefine asylum as "anyone who shows up and wants in." Healthy single men from all over the world showing up are not asylum seekers, they're people trying to evade our laws. Unfortunately, I rarely hear Republicans talking about it.
