He had a lot of the materials there and they were building. Biden sold it all for pennies on the dollar. He did lead his own party. Unfortunately the RINO's and Dems together made a majority and fought/stopped legislation tooth and nail.

Materials for about 100 miles of wall were wasted by the pedo. There's something like 1300 border miles without a wall/fence.
