I’d say it’s jealousy more than anything, she seems to a be a pretty well known name in women’s basketball and never got the coverage that Clark is getting in fact I don’t think there’s ever been this much love and attention to a women player. The thing is Clark is getting the general audience interested in women’s basketball which in turn will get more young girls interested in playing which will grow the sport. Shitting on Clark just comes off as sad and petty
