I ran it 2019. got in with qualifying full time. if trying to get in with qualifying time apply the second it opens as the spots are first come first serve and they filled up last year. i think this is the last year they'll accept half times unless the half is a race that NYRR puts on.
We stayed in hell's kitchen area at an "airbnb" ( i don't think it was a registered one). it was maybe half mile to expo, mile to bus pick up at the library and then half mile from central park.
the people from the city fully support this race. its their mardi gras. day drinking and areas with people 3-4 rows deep cheering you along.
