St Mary's in 2018 went 30-6 and got snubbed from the NCAAT.
Monmouth had a 28-8 record in the 2015-2016 season, and had a 27-7 record in the 2016-2017 season and missed the tournament both seasons.
Illinois state was like 28-7 2016-2017 Season.
2011 Coastal Carolina 28-5
2013 Stephen F. Austin 27-4
2015 Murray State 27-5
2015 Colorado State 27-6
2014 Southern Miss 27-6
2014 Toledo 27-6
2012 Drexel 27-6
2012 Oral Roberts 27-6
2014 Louisiana Tech 27-7

Did these two (of any on your list) have comparable wins such as the Cowboys at Michigan / VCU / UAB?
I think those three wins matter.

St Mary had 28 wins during the regular season and conference tournament. They won 2 games in the NIT to get to 30 wins. If McNeese can win out the regular season that puts them at 29 wins. Plus they would have the conference tournament a couple games.
