I’m just glad businesses are opening in Juban Crossing. I’d say the vacancy rate is ballpark, 30-40%.
That said. Someone needs to open a fricking what a burger there. It would clean up.

Yep. They'd do very well in that area.
So would In N Out. I'd say Chick Fil A but they have one over on Range already.
