I recently bought a new pack and decided to go with one made in the USA. Looked at MR but they appear to be pretty hit or miss in terms of where they're made. Some in the USA (which they make sure you know), others who the frick knows where.
Not cheap by any means (even on sale for black friday) but they're a great company that listens to their customers / has great long-term support.

I think it's Vietnam and they hold strict quality control at the manufacturing facility. Still expensive.
