The day of each game, 6 hours prior to start time, you will be sent a text to claim your tickets for that game that day. When you receive the text, there may be bleacher seating open that day and if there is availability for bleachers, you will be able to select bleacher seating. You are guaranteed a ticket for all 36 home games and some games you may receive a bleacher seating instead of SRO.

I ordered 3 separate orders and still have only received one email, none of the orders appear in my account still....
I can't even remember which day i bought for one of the orders, I've never seen anything like this lol
