good cultured greek yogurt
Good Culture cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are staples for me. And you can use the cottage cheese to stuff a potato instead of sour cream to give it a protein kick.

I recently tried Nancy's probiotic cottage cheese and I found it to be a bit tart
I prefer the Good Culture brand
For yogurt I've been using the Siggi's Skyr fat free Icelandic Yogurt. It's 100 calories and 19g protein for a 3/4 cup serving.
