At the times I visited them, St. Louis was worse than Baltimore

I’m from St Louis. North is worse than East both are horrible and probably on par with Baltimore. The STL suburbs function as their own city tho and are both affordable and safe.
I would never move back. I’m safer in Houston. Than metro areas of St Louis. And it’s not even close.
