I got this around the 19th/20th and could barely walk.
Went to Dr- got a steroid shot and precribed Cyclobenzaprine and diclofenac. Cold/hot pack.
Feeling better 11 days later but it was a slow recovery process. I did some pt and chiro.
Heard other say deep tissue massage helps also.
Gonna chill another few days before I hit the gym. And I usually stretch every day

Try assisted stretching. Stretch Lab or Stretch Zone ETC
