No injury, no trauma. I’ve had some pain in the lower back, upper arse on my right side for quite some time. Especially after shoveling snow or something like that.
Yes, cough does hurt, not always though, as the vast majority of my pain is in the hip and lower leg.

Hip X-rays were clear. Back X-ray showed narrow in one spot in the lower back.
