re: Married men of the OT, how many of you are single income HH?

My wife started staying at home when our first son was 1. She was a teacher prior to that. She stayed at home until 2 years ago when our youngest was 8. It was around 12 years of her being a stay at home mom.

It was a struggle in the early years, until I started making better money. We wouldn’t have done it differently. It worked out great for us. She started teaching again and this is her second year back full time. The extra money allows us to travel a little more and save a lot more.
