re: Gov Desantis announces that FL will push for major Constitutional reforms under Art V

These are designed to make Desantis look good, knowing that they will fail. But a couple of less sexy but far more impactful constitutional amendments would be:

1) Repeal the 17th Amendment (thus giving states power again over what the Federal government can shove down their throats), and

2) Require Congress debate & pass only Single-Issue Bills
