We are having two different conversations. Amendments aren't going to get passed.
But when was the last time a State ratified an attempt at passing a Constitutional Amendment on these issues?

2. I’m pretty sure you’re the political savant who thought DeSantis would be facing angry Florida voters in a primary this fall, so I’m fairly certain your political insights shouldn’t be taken seriously.
