1. Yes, 3 terms for senators, 5 for the house
2. Dumb, idiotic. The US federal budget is not your home budget. In general we do need to cut spending and raise revenue, but a “balanced budget” in the household sense would destroy our global economy.
3. Dumb. Line veto gives too much power to one person, but whatever it’s fine as long as it can be overridden by 60%
4. Obviously? What current laws don’t apply to congressmen?
#5 needs to be a total and full freeze on any and all stock market transactions during the entire length of your term.

That is crazy. A debt crisis will be what destroys the global economy, not a balanced budget.
