Not sure if this will help you or not but in the LCD control panel window for your Subzero, make sure your ice maker is turned on. In our side by side Subzero refrigerator, you'll see this panel when you open the refrigerator door. It's at the top of your refrigerator and shows the freezer and refrigerator temperatures, statuses and buttons to make changes, etc.
Press the ice maker button multiple times on the panel. It will cycle through showing one ice cube, multiple ice cubes, and no ice cubes just to the right of the freezer temperature. One ice cube means your ice maker is in normal ice cube making mode. Several ice cubes means your ice maker will make ice cubes faster. No ice cubes shown means your ice maker is turned off.

We use an Bonvillian out of Kenner. They have been very professional and get it fixed!
