I give her credit for being a great coach but some of the things she says causes division.

Just my two cents. Racist is a very strong word and IMHO is
almost crimanally overused and mis-applied. It's a convenient and lazy way by folks on both end of the spectrum to lash out at those who disagree with their opinions on these sensitive racial matters.
Anyone who thinks Staley is not a good coach is ignorant.
And I don't think she's a racist. But you don't have to be a racist to race-bait and I think she absolutely does that as do - again IMHO folks on both ends of the spectrum as we see very clearly in this thread.
