Man that fell flat. Terrible casting around Jake. Like real shitty-wooden acting/characters.
It's not even campy fun. It's basically just a fighting movie with horrible acting by supporting characters. You never get into the movie unless you just want to see a superhero fight.
As campy as the original is, you go along...it sucks you into their Universe. You believe. Nothing about this movie sucks you in or gives you an interesting suspension of disbelief.
Its really not worth watching, unless you just want to watch superhero fighting with characters who are horrible actors and extremely uninteresting.
