Lafayette gets shite on a lot, and rightfully so in some circumstances, but I’ve been all over the country and no where does it come close to the genuine down to earth goodness you’ll find in a lot of people here. The nicest assholes you’ll ever meet.

I just recently finished a graduate certificate program at ULL. Went to class several times with an LSU cap and nobody said anything. I remember people who used to talk smack on Facebook and what not but I've never seen it in real life except for maybe 2 people and I've lived here for 22 years of my 36 year existence.
