I believe there's a way on the Texas state website for an individual to contribute to the cause. If I'm not mistaken, EKG has posted a link in the past in these threads.

That’s a fund specifically earmarked for a few pennies to be directed towards paying for the buses that are relocating <1% of the problem.

Unfortunately this ambivalence by fedgov towards the invasion of illegals is costing Texas $billions.
