Only because I'm not 100% sure about what exactly they do, is this a big loss losing both of them? Will anything really be affected?

did we lose them OR were they "processed" out.

hopefully processed, but I was basically wondering what all this may affect whether it's recruiting with certain recruits or some type of coaching issues/changes

As long as they are replaced with competent people, it is not a huge loss
Kelly brought them in, safe to assume he will bring in people just as good

There's nothing to indicate that either was forced out. Bogan's new position is a step up, so it makes sense. It's Redmond's leaving for Auburn that raises a few eyebrows. While we don't know what his new salary will be, the position seems to be a lateral move.

There was an Austin Thomas rumor that floated last week, now this. This definitely isn't a surprise.

The shadow staff is in constant fluctuation most places
Shadow staff are easily replaced
most of these types of jobs are springboards to bigger and better things. my guess is both got raises/promotions
I still think the day to day on field staff is who the players respect the most
all the shadow staff did was replace the workload of the on field coaches from having to do all the legwork
