In 5-10 years women's records are going to be wiped out across sports by dudes who couldn't cut it in their respective sport.

If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around does it make a noise? Who gives a frick if men are breaking records in women's sports? I know people get bent out of shape over it but who cares? Women's sports are a JOKE across the board. There, I said it.

The only positive quality that comes from sports outside of playing them at a HIGH level where money is involved is competing and, in the case of a team sport, working together as a cohesive unit. It also used to be pretty important that you'd learn how to lose...not so much anymore but that used to be viewed as a positive thing. Women's professional sports are as much a joke as women's collegiate sports youth sports for girls. Outside of learning to compete and to work as a team and winning or losing with grace and some humility there is no upside to the special Olympics...which is closer to women's sports than not. If some moron dude thinks its wise to dominate said sport what is the harm? He will be seen for the moron he obviously is and the girls and women involved will get the benefits that the sports offer outside of some sort of subsidization from the men's version of it. They will learn to compete, to work as a team, to win or lose with humility...thats the only upside anyway. I know nothing about golf but I assume the best female golfer on the LPGA would struggle to make a cut on the PGA. Its always been a joke, some dude winning it all actually seems about par for the course...
