Anyone paying such ridiculous prices for crawfish is nuts anyway. It sucks commodities such as crawfish and king cakes enjoyed by Louisiana folks for years has become a shipping commodity and a makes it difficult even for us to enjoy. Can’t even pre order king cakes for pick up these days in some places. Too busy making shipping cakes.

Last the few years we’ve had to get on sack counts after Lent. There was plenty of crawfish to go all over the gulf coast, just because this year we can’t supply Louisiana we can’t just shut down the other states.
