I got a bad feeling here.
Many of these crawfish farmers are going to be in dire financial straits very soon.
In comes corporate / private equity money, who will buy out the farms very cheaply, then they can wait around for the industry to recover. If it takes a year or two, no worries.
Then, boom, Jack up prives and profit.
