I am currently working on becoming healthier.
I find that having a set routine in the morning helps. If you can do something for 3 weeks it becomes a habit.
Every morning I eat a Greek yogurt with granola and Berries along with a green drink (Huel, ag1, green vibrance, etc) with protein powder added. I also take my vitamins.
I feel that as long as I do this I set myself up for success later in the day as I don’t want to “waste” my early morning investment.
Also, packing (if going to work) healthy snacks really helps.
