re: Is 13% of the population well represented in the work force?

I have worked in the industrial construction industry for over 30 years and the 13% seems to be reflected in our work force.
On large projects, a large percentage of workers are Hispanic. It's increasingly hard to find young white men who are willing to work. Most are soft and spoiled.
