Vastly underrepresented there. I know some African and Caribbeans that are brilliant technical engineers (One from Trinidad who was borderline genius.). 90% of the people that I find in the upper echelon of technical expertise are Asian.
Very few technical people though. Lot in management. Deserved or undeserved.
Not the rule, as I’ve met plenty of idiot white men as well.
