Tmobile is rock solid throughout every area of Louisiana, I've found. If you don't care about TMobile's perks (free lowest tier of hulu, apple tv+, netfliex, mlb.tv, etc), then I'd just get a MVNO of Tmobile:
-google fi
-Mint Mobile (very easy and cheap)
-google fi

I have a Fi plan and a TMO plan. TMO was sketchy at my house but I'm on wifi there. It works at work though. The others have more issues at work.
