Have never really had an issue with AT&T for like 25 yrs. I gotta be really out in the boonies, rare for me, to have an issue

With AT&T, they have the best coverage map in my opinion. However, going to an LSU football game is frustrating when you have to try 5 times to send a text. AT&T also failed pretty bad during some storms like mentioned before. I guess that could happen to anyone, but they seem to have an outage more than others.

With all that said, my biggest complaints is the customer service. I've had two issues in the past year. Both of them took multiple attempts to resolve while I wasted 10+ hours on the phone if I add all of my time on just those two issues. I usually have the mindset, that I'll pay extra for better customer service/support, but now I'm just paying extra for crappy customer service.
