And we know in fact that he did gain weight. He didn’t play at 230 while with LSU. I recall him being closer to 220 than 230. In fact, he complained because he lost weight during the season. I would imagine he played around 222 or less.
How do you know that Perkins is not gaining 5-10 pounds this year? He is, and will, in fact, mature. He may be done growing height, wise, but not weight wise. Coming in at 2:20 is not necessarily where he’s at now. Queen was at about 225. Maybe just a tad over.
