re: In December, I took the shingles, RSV, Flu, Pneumonia shots

Had a really stressful point in my life last year where I wasn’t getting sleep and ate like shite. As a result, I had a shingles flair up. I wouldn’t wish that shite on my worst enemy. I was miserable for a week. The only time I got any relief was when I went and laid on the ground in a hot shower.

I’m too young to get the shingles vaccine but I plan on getting it when I can.
