Nothing materialistic. Maybe its learning an instrument, a new language, losing weight, hitting 5 outta 10 3-pointers, going to community college, or getting a better job.

The human experience warts and all can be beautiful if you let it.



Thanks for being honest and letting me know that you're not a doctor. I appreciate you mentioning cognitive ways to correct how my brain functions. After several years of trial and error I found out that medication has made me way more goal oriented and has gotten me out of my comfort zone to try new things. I've done more awesome things in the last 10 years of my life than most people will do in a lifetime.
