Lost 28 pounds on Ozempic. Went from 229 last March to 201 in September. Hit a plateau that remained.
Haven’t been able to take a shot in three weeks because the supply is low and my pharmacy can’t fill the prescription.
Initially , last March, I was losing weight at about 2.6 lbs per week but once I hit about 202 lbs…it came to a halt. I ate clean for a while but then I gained back about 5 of those lbs.

Do you still walk 1 mile per day and lift at Anytime Fitness or just doing the Ozempic?
