you did an amazing job... most people don't understand how important it is to have Crunch in a gumbo.

*one small criticism, and don't take it personal, but you could add chunks of tomato next time to really kick it up a notch!

Better than chunks of tomato is a nice can of rotel. Use the medium and not the mild.
