Mike McCarthy used to be Saints OC before he went to Green Bay, then to Dallas. Don’t think he wants to circle back.

I would take him, heck I'd even take Gruden. DA needs to do what SP did with Greg Williams on D, hand over the keys, and DA mostly focus on D.
