My doctor sent me to have a calcium score test 12 years ago due to family history. My result was over 900. Referred to cardiologist and had heart cath. Had 2 stents put in. Prescribed Rosuvastatin for cholesterol and Fenofibrate for triglycerides. Have an annual nuclear treadmill to check for blockages. Been fine ever since. Don’t fight the doctors if you want to be around for a while.

Had follow up with my cardiologist about my cal score and he told me he wasn't concerned and that being under 400 was good in my case. Said if anything he would recommend a baby aspirin if anything. I then asked what was the next step and he said nothing and that we will just monitor it moving forward.
I then asked about a stress test and he said he didn't feel like I needed one but that he could do one if I wanted. Well I elected to do tge stress test and got that knocked out last week and had my results and follow up this week. Dr. Says everything was normal and I appear to be healthy.
