I will be following up with my Cardiologist in the next few days to go over the results and I am against getting on a statin

Good because statins increase artery calcification. A friend just got his score back plus 500 and has been on a statin for twelve years.

Long term statin use linked to heart disease

Take 15mg Vitamin K MK-4 three times a day

Vitamin K reverses calcification

This is one of the side effects of a statin from what I have come across and it seems to be accurate. My father did a cac score last year and has been on a statin for a few years and his cac score was 1200.

Like I said I will be doing a deeper dive. I do follow several Keto/Carnivore Drs. on Youtube and actually got on Dr. Ken Berry's live feed last night and gave him my last blood test results as well as my cac score and he says this is from past diet before my keto/carnivore journey. Says stay on carnivore and get further testing. Also said do not let your Dr. diagnose me with anything without further testing. Lowering blood sugars and eliminating/lessening carbohydrates is key. Sugar causes inflammation in the vessel walls which lead to narrowing of the vessels and blockage.
