RRY contains monacolin K ,same as the drug lovastatin.OTC RRY doses aren’t standardized,some bottles may have very little of the active ingredient,some have excessive amounts. People have wacked out their livers with RRY.
Lovastatin is fairly cheap,I would much rather take that.
