Also to all who gave their advice, I do appreciate it. Thank you guys. I will definitely push to get a further look at what is going on. I have invested alot of time/energy in staying healthy and just want to make sure I'm not doing anything to compromise that. I have always been health-minded, I spent 22 years in the service and not just because I had to workout to maintain my fitness but because I loved working out. I don't do much heavy lifting these days but I do still incorporate some weight training and light cardio. With all that said I used to eat like a horse when working out and ate a ton of carbs (many refined carbs along the way) during my weight training days. At my strongest I benched 355 at 178 with about 12% BF and that was about 2009. Maintained weight training decently heavy until I ruptured my left pectoral on a deployment in 2017. Hand weights and pushups are my anaerobic workouts now.
