We went in December. The Biltmore is amazing, the audio tour is great. We stayed in a Hampton Inn which is, well a Hampton Inn. A nice place to sleep. If the history interests you go visit The Cathedral of All Souls Church. It was established in 1896 by Mr. Biltmore for his family and for the workers building his house. Also eat lunch at the Corner Kitchen. It is in the old village and is in an original house of a worker who worked in the Biltmore.
