This is why you should ignore it. No one cares about these bullshite collections. They aren't a blip on your credit.

Have you ever needed to get a loan and were unable? Do you think some Sprint bill is going to change that?

Thanks for the help all.

Decided to ignore it and see if they put it on my credit report and will deal with it then.

However, to answer the question above, many years ago, I had a few small collections on a report they hurt my credit score and 100% had to be cleared prior to getting a loan we were working on.

My oldest son had a ton of medical issues growing up and we were always fighting with collections getting thrown on our report.

Not sure if it’s still the same, but 10 years ago definitely having even one collection account could kill a potential loan for you.
